If the sauce is the star of the show (which this magic sauce Thai peanut is DEFINITELY), I do not want a mediocre sauce. I wanted a sauce so good you could not help but lick the spoon.
I wanted a sauce that could double as a sauce or dressing. You know the kind I'm talking, right? Where there is thin enough to work in some crunchy vegetables and get a dressing-solid cover, but thick enough to withstand dip spring rolls or pieces of grilled chicken.
Yes, and I wanted a Thai peanut sauce that will amaze you too, and you feel like there was an explosion of flavor in your mouth with every bite.
I wanted peanut tang + + + soft depth with every hollow, every crisis, every bite of everything I ate.
And it's there!

Do not be fooled by the long list of ingredients. You hold everything in the blender and whip it in about a minute. (I use this mixer.)
And just for the record, each ingredient is needed. I tried it and reduce bedrock and the results were not nearly as good.

One of my favorite ways to use Thai Peanut Sauce is a Crunch salad, which is basically a bunch of chopped crunchy vegetables in a bowl.
You can make your own salad Crunch starting with 4 cups Napa cabbage into thin slices (which is much milder in flavor than the typical green cabbage) and adding 4 cups crisp vegetables. Some examples:

- Lime juice
- Olive oil
- The soy sauce (I use it, the use of liquid aminos tamari if you are gluten free)
- Salt
- powdered chillies
- fresh ginger
- Garlic
- Sugar
- Honey (or maple syrup)
- Coriander

- Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor EXCEPT cilantro.
- Once it is creamy, add the cilantro and pulse until cilantro is in small pieces.
- Use your dressing on your salad or meal and voila!

- Matchstick carrots (use a julienne peeler to cut them quickly!)
- Pepper (I suggest red, orange or yellow for sweet flavors)
- English cucumber (seeded)
- broccoli stalks (buy the lot and use the flowers in sauce Alfredo easy home!)
- Brussels sprouts sliced
- radish Matchstick
- Mix / match with what you have, what is selling, what is in your garden and what your family likes. Once you top this with peanut sauce Thai, your people will forget they eat a large bowl of vegetables.

- Add аll thе іngrеdіеntѕ, еxсерt thе сіlаntrо, to thе blеndеr оr fооd рrосеѕѕоr. Blend untіl аll thе іngrеdіеntѕ аrе smooth and сrеаmу.
- Add thе сіlаntrо and рulѕе untіl thе сіlаntrо is in vеrу ѕmаll ріесеѕ.*
- Uѕе аѕ a dressing on уоur fаvоrіtе ѕаlаd, оr as a dірріng ѕаuсе.
- * If you’re uѕіng this as a drеѕѕіng fоr a salad, I реrѕоnаllу рrеfеrrеd adding the сіlаntrо to the ѕаlаd instead of thе drеѕѕіng. The bіg сhunkѕ оf сіlаntrо really bооѕt the flаvоr!
