- 12 tbspns unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 6 tbspns sugar
- For the filling:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tbspn lemon zest
- 1/4 cup flour
- eggs (4 large)
- lemon juice (3/4 cup)
- First, start by heating the oven to 350 degrees.
