- 4 chicken breasts thin cut (boneless skinless)
- 2 tbspns olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 12 sage leaves (fresh)
- prosciutto (4 slices)
- For the sauce
- 3 tbspns butter
- 1 tbspn all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup white wine
- fresh sage leaves and lemon wedges
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbspn lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- For chicken, put the chicken in a plastic wrap, mash it with the tip of a meat hammer until it reaches the perfect thickness.
- Seasoning chicken with pepper and salt, put 3 sage leaves on it.
- Wrap chicken breast with prosciutto.
- Heat the olive oil, use a large skillet and medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side.
