- 2-3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 can diced green chiles (don't drain)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 green pepper (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
