Slow Cooker Beef Ragu Recipe
Beef Ragu is made in your slow cooker, using a mixture of rich and tender tomato beef, making it one of the best dinner dishes ever.
This is one of the favorite ways to spend the winter, beef is a sure dish to be warm and you should try. It's easy to make, everything is made in a slow cooker that is full of magic. Beef is cooked until browned, then cooked at a slow temperature, this will absorb more into this versatile rural sauce.
You can use any type of beef, but, I recommend you to use beef with good quality, to produce a delicious and extraordinary taste. Slow cooker cooking will break down the meat, then create a melted and tasty tomato sauce. This dish is also easy to vary, you can serve it with zucchini noodles or pumpkin spaghetti which is low in carbohydrates, if you don't have it, serving with rice is also a good idea.
I'm a lover of carbohydrates, more precisely my staple food is rice, I can't get out of rice, and almost all dishes are rich and seasoned, I serve with rice.
Slow Cooker Beef Doubt Recipe
Some of the ingredients used for this recipe are, beef, tomatoes, garlic, oregano and basil. Then seasoned with pepper and salt, then drowned in red wine. Like a heaven dish. - 1 tspn olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves (smashed slightly)
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak (cut into 4 pieces)
- pappardelle pasta (optional)
- Parmesan / parsley for topping
- salt and pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes ((28 ounces))
- 1/4 cup sodium beef broth
- 1 carrot (Chopped)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Use a small skillet, and medium heat, heat the oil, cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Seasoning beef with 1 spoonful of pepper and salt, then put it in the slow cooker. Pour the tomatoes and stock over the beef, then add the fried garlic, carrots, thyme and bay leaves.
- After that, cover and cook using high heat for 6 hours, and for 8-10 hours if using low heat.
- After that, remove the seasoning and cut the beef using 2 forks.
- Optionally, you can cook pasta, cook pasta according to package instructions, then put it in beef dishes in doubt. Add parmesan, ricotta and parsley if desired.
