Easy Firecracker Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet (no skin)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- For Marinade
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (recommended low sodium)
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- Use a small bowl, shake all the spices in the bowl.
- After that, place the salmon on a baking sheet, then pour the seasoning mixture on top.
- Don't forget to rub the seasoning on both sides of the salmon evenly.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
- If the spices have seeped, heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Remove the plastic wrap, then bake for 15 minutes or 20 minutes.
- When done, garnish with green onions.
